T-RAT OUTING DATE SET

ark your calendars for July 19 th for the annual Wisconsin Timber Rattlers outing booked courtesy of your friends here at the KAMR. This year the tickets are the same price as last year at $9.00 per box seat. We will be in Section 109 with seating as close together as possible. The reservation box will soon appear on this website to reserve your tickets for the game.
The 6:35 PM game will feature the T-Rats hosting to the Dayton Dragons and will include a "Mega Candy Toss" during the game according to the event calendar. As always fireworks after the game will be provided courtesy of Fox 11. This years tailgate party will begin when the gate opens to the park at 4 PM. It is not yet known just what will be available at the party for food but plans will be finalized several weeks before game time.

If you're interested just how well the team is doing this year, the answer is not very well. According to their own standings chart on their website they are in second to last place in the Midwest Western League at 16 and 19. The only team worse is the Beloit Snappers at 13 and 22. The Midwest Eastern League whom they also play has two teams that are a bit worse the Fort Wayne Tincaps at 14 and 21 and the Lake County Captains and 11 and 25. They are certainly not the team that went to the playoffs two years ago and took the Midwest title, literally. Most likely that team is long gone with people moving up in the rankings and playing in Double A and Triple A teams. Seldom does a winning team come back and win two years in a row after being picked over by the higher ranking teams.
